For athletes

Built for the gym floor

Everything you need between two sets, nothing you have to fill in for the sake of it.

Weekly hard sets per muscle group and the strength index
  • Log as you lift

Tick off each set as you go, with a rest timer that calls the time out loud. No signal in the gym? Your sets stay on the phone and sync when you are back online.

  • Percentages become kilograms

A set written as 80% turns into the load to use, worked out from your tested or estimated max and rounded down to your plates, with the reps you have in reserve.

  • Weekly sets per muscle

Hard sets for 16 muscle groups against a weekly target, counting the muscles an exercise trains indirectly at half, as the research does.

  • Strength you can see

The estimated max of every exercise over time, one strength index across all of them, and the odd session flagged instead of bending the trend.

  • Bodyweight included

Weigh-ins with a moving trend, counted in the load of pull-ups, dips and every other bodyweight exercise.

  • Film your sets

Record a set from the workout screen and keep the clip next to it, to check your technique later.

For coaches

Coach athletes, not spreadsheets

Write a block the way you would on a spreadsheet, and let each athlete get their own loads.

A four-week plan: sets, reps and percentages for each exercise, week by week, with a deload in the fourth week
  • Plan the block week by week

Move an exercise on by a rule: more sets, reps or percentage each week or each session, up to a limit, with a deload every few weeks. Write any week by hand and the rule carries on around it.

  • One program, every athlete's loads

Prescribe percentages once. Each athlete gets the kilograms from their own max when the workout starts.

  • Notes where they matter

Leave a note on a workout or on a single exercise, and see when your athlete has read it.

  • Invite with a link

Share an invitation link: your athlete signs up and their training shows up in your dashboard.

Numbers you can check

Every card in the app has a page that explains how it is calculated, with the studies behind it. Where a value is a choice of the app rather than a finding of the research, it says so.

  • Estimated max

Epley's formula on every set, with the reps capped at 10 by default, where linear formulas stay accurate.

    Epley 1985 · Reynolds 2006

  • Hard sets

A set counts as hard when its estimated max comes close to your recent best: closeness to failure, without asking you to rate it.

    Refalo 2023 · Baz-Valle 2022

  • Sets per muscle

Full credit for the muscles an exercise trains directly, half for the ones it trains indirectly: the count that fits the dose-response data best.

    Pelland 2026

  • Outliers

A Hampel filter spots the session that does not fit and leaves it out of the summaries.

    Pearson 2016
